Marko Perković (born 1966 in Čavoglave), also known as Thompson, is the lead singer in the Croatian band Thompson. He uses the band's name as a nickname. His songs are coloured by Croatian nationalistic sentiments, whose origins are from World War II.
Croatian journalist Matija Babic has revealed that Perkovic is known to perform a song entitled Jasenovac I Gradiska Stara, in which Perkovic pays tribute to many Ustasha figureheads and their deeds and sings about the massacres of Serbs by the NDH.
