The 145mph as stands is now incorrect. Someone should adjust to the assessment corresponding to the Katrina post Tropical Cyclone report.
Any eyewitness accounts of 20 ft surge? It would be good to have some verification. Also max wave heights as opposed to surge, as waves were probably at least as significant as the rise in water from surge.
