Soggy biscuit, also called limp biscuit, is a game reputedly played in the private secondary schools of England. The players stand around a biscuit and masturbate with the intention of ejaculating onto it. The last person to ejaculate is considered the loser and has to eat the biscuit. The participants are not necessarily homosexual.
The game has also reportedly been played in college fraternity hazing and other hazing rituals.
The practice is also commonly known as "ookie cookie", "cookie wookie", "come on the cracker", "come on the cookie", "Soggy Sao" (Australia) or simply "The Biscuit Game". There is a reference to this in the final episode of the Blackadder II TV comedy, in which Hugh Laurie's character Prince Ludwig asks, "Do you recall a mysterious black marketeer and smuggler called Otto, with whom you used to dine and plot and play ze biscuit game, at ze Old Pizzle in Dover?" ("pizzle" is an archaic word for penis).
A variation of this game also exists, in which the players ejaculate onto a piece of bread, instead of a biscuit. It is known as "butter the bread."
