F7: Violates non-free content criterion #1F7: Violates non-free content criterion #1

This file may fail Misplaced Pages's first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a free image might reasonably be found or created that adequately provides the same information, or which could be adequately covered with text alone. Unless it is determined to be irreplaceable, the file will be deleted after Monday, 1 February 2010. Please do not remove this tag.
Note : if you believe that a free replacement image cannot be reasonably found or created please add one of the following without removing this tag:
{{di-replaceable non-free use disputed|Your reason that a free replacement can not be found or created}}
Administrators: Ensure the claim of replaceability is sound and not legitimately disputed before deleting this file.

Usage: {{di-replaceable non-free use|date=2 January 2025}}

It is disputed whether this file violates our non-free content criteria. The reason given is: Historical image, obviously not replaceable Closing administrator: if the decision is to Keep the file please put {{Old replaceable non-free use}} on the file description page. If the decision is to Delete please archive the discussion on the talk page between {{subst:Archive top}} and {{subst:Archive bottom}} and delete the file page.
This non-free media file should be replaced with a smaller version to comply with Misplaced Pages's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. According to Misplaced Pages's policy for non-free content, the amount of copyrighted work used under fair use should be as little as possible. In particular, non-free media on Misplaced Pages should not be usable as substitutes for the original work. A high-resolution non-free image is questionable fair use and may be deleted per Misplaced Pages's copyright policy.

In most cases, this reduction will occur automatically: simply wait a while and a bot will resize the image file according to the guideline at WP:IMAGERES. When an automatic reduction does not occur or a manual reduction is desired, the size of an image may be reduced in an image editing program or by saving and re-uploading a suitably sized thumbnail.

Once a reduced version of this file has been uploaded: Please replace this template with {{subst:orphaned non-free revisions}} (through source edit) or {{orphaned non-free revisions|date=2 January 2025}} (through VisualEditor or Twinkle).Fair usetrue
