• WP:AIV

Before reporting, read the spam and vandalism pages, as well as the AIV guide. To submit, edit this page and follow the instructions at the top of the "User-reported" section. For other issues, file a request for administrator attention.

1. The edits of the user must be obvious vandalism or obvious spam.
2. Except for egregious cases, the user must have been given enough warning(s).
3. The warning(s) must have been given recently and there must be reasonable grounds to believe the user(s) will further disrupt the site in the immediate future.
4. If you decide that a report should be filed, place the following template at the bottom of the User-reported section:
   • * {{Vandal|Example user or IP}} Your concise reason (e.g. vandalised past 4th warning). ~~~~
5. Requests for further sanctions against a blocked user (e.g., talk page, e-mail blocks) should be made at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
6. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing.

This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action.

Vandalism coming from the 205.122.*.* IP range. Warnings have been given to 205.122.213.2, 205.122.119.83, 205.122.0.162, 205.122.0.164, 205.122.66.65, 205.122.32.122, 205.122.119.92, 205.122.32.117, and 205.122.38.137. I have found recent vandalism from 205.122.62.38 (, , 205.122.8.51 (,), 205.122.8.50 (,), 205.122.91.71 (), 205.122.8.108 (more links omitted), 205.122.8.113, 205.122.7.30, 205.122.7.31, 204.113.124.23 (belongs to same network), and 205.122.8.40, mostly to the Fremont High School (Utah) article. • LirazSiri (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) - User came to my attention through template vandalism (adding a new "Appliances" layer to the cloud computing stack advertising their company (WP:COI w/ a myriad policy violations; WP:N, WP:V, WP:NPOV, etc.) here, here, here, here and here and as an anon IP here and here), as well as through the spamming tens of inappropriate categories with images here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here. The images have been repeatedly removed from the inappropriate categories only to be repeatedly reinserted here, here, here, here, etc. and more concerning is that remediation of serious copyright problems (offering many registered trademarks under CC-BY-SA as their own work) has also been reverted and deletion templates removed (e.g. here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here). User denies wrongdoing and even reported me to ANI frivolously claiming a WP:3RR violation while cleaning up after them. -- samj _in 02:13, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
