Samuel C. Ford (1882-1961) was an attorney and the 12th Governor of Montana.

Ford was born on November 7, 1882 in Albany, Kentucky. He served as an Attorney General and a Supreme Court Justice in Montana.

Ford was governor of Montana from 1941 to 1949. He was a member of the Republican party.

He is credited with reducing the state bureaucracy.
