Jefferson B. Miller is a member of the republican party since 2001, representing the 1st district.(map). He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida, and was a broker and a member of the Florida House of Representitives before entering the House in a special election to replace Joe Scarborough, who resigned to re-enter private life.
