Phoenix Jones is one of ten members of a super hero group, called the Rain City Super Hero Crime Fighting Movement, in Seattle. His costume includes a bulletproof vest and stab plating, and a taser and a nightstick.
He says the best way to prevent getting mistaken for a criminal by the police is to wear a supersuit.

In Seattle Washington Phoenix Jones broke up 3 bar brawls. One of which in he was assisted by Buster Doe who is also part of the Rain city super hero movement.
Injury
Phoenix Jones made news because of an incident that occurred while he was attempting to break up a fight. One of the men pulled a gun on him while another one kicked him, breaking his nose. Seattle police say this confirms their fears that these real-life super heroes are unqualified civilians who interfere with law enforcement and put themselves at risk.
