Talkback
Hello, Alexandre8. You have new messages at Pontificalibus's talk page.Message added 16:14, 30 January 2011 (UTC). You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
hello mate, i noticed you undone my expansion to the English defence league page suggesting it was to long. It was long but I don't think that warrants total deletion as it was a good addition to the article. Maybe instead of deleting it you should have edited it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.196.180.126 (talk) 19:24, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Hi there. I see you don't have an account, so if you're new, welcome to wikipedia, we are happy to have you. If you're not new, you probably know that such big changes are recommended to go onto the talk page first. As it is your content I would invite you to shorten it yourself. I asked you to shorten it because 1) as it stands it's simply to long. 2) It's going to get a lot of negative attention at that size. If you shorten it, it will most likely stay in the article. If you don't, it's gonna get deleted by someone else. Good luck. It's not about what you say, but how you say it (talk) 19:33, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
Here's a French word for you
Thought you might like this. I've just started reading The Discovery of France by Graham Cobb (biographer of Balzac, Hugo and Rimbaud). Talking about the late 1800s, he mentions some occupations in French history that caught my eye. To quote form the book: "There were rebilhous, who called out the hours of the night, "cinderellas", who collected and sold ashes used for laundering clothes, men called tétaïres, who performed the function of a breast-pump by sucking mothers' breasts to start the flow of milk...." Emeraude (talk) 21:46, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for that! The last one was really quite bizarre! I've already put into practise by telling my french friend his future profession will be a tétaïre, let's see how enthusiastic he'll be about that! I've hardly got any french literature here with me in Russia. I went to the big book shop in Moscow to get some just to keep on top of it. I've got l'assomoir, Notre dame de Paris, and My favourite book of all time which I took out from England over Christmas "Les amities particulieres". - I wonder what qualifications and training would be required.... Emeraude (talk) 14:34, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

BNP
No problem. I've now removed 34K of content, which is enough space to add "Nazi scum" to the article approximately 3,800 times. So please be my guest... --FormerIP (talk) 01:11, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
- One wouldn't wanna ruin all your hard work now would they ;)! aha. Alexandre8 (talk) 08:27, 13 February 2011 (UTC)
Thanks
for this. That user page violates many wikipedia policies. Few admin, including Jimbo asked to tone it down, but...Cheers.--Mbz1 (talk) 03:32, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
No problem, I was just telling the truth though lol Alexandre8 (talk) 11:23, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
Thank you
