Revision as of 16:13, 20 March 2011
Paranormal topics concern anomalous phenomena. Some paranormal phenomena may be supernatural, while others may be scientifically observable but depend upon negative proof. In the field of parapsychology, the term paranormal describes "any phenomenon that in one or more respects exceeds the limits of what is deemed physically possible according to current scientific assumptions." However, used more broadly the term paranormal may include things which are physically possible, but thought to be nonexistent by mainstream scientists.
