I'm wondering whether this "account moved at the request of the user who formerly used it" was done in order to escape a bad (and deserved) reputation, so that this user can re-request admin powers under a different name, and get them, without anyone voting on the issue being able to connect that 'new' user with Freestylefrappe's previous actions that got those admin powers stripped away. ] 02:23, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
