Eyes Open is the confirmed title for Snow Patrol's fourth album. It is slated to be released in May 1, 2006 internationally and an U.S. release one week later on May 8 (see 2006 in music) . The first single is expected to be called You're All I Have.

New tracks, played at a fans-only gig in Mandela Hall in Belfast, include Hands Open, Beginning To Get To Me, Headlights, Chasing Cars, Shut Your Eyes, Open Your Eyes and Make This Go On Forever.
