This noticeboard would be used for editors to come and ask for the best location for their dispute to be handled (as opposed to the Administrators Noticeboard/Incidents, where many disputes end up. This page would be one where users can come, lay out the situation so a user can offer advice on the best next step in Dispute resolution to take, and where to take it, whether it is a content or user dispute.

This page in a nutshell: Misplaced Pages disputes are diverse and complex, and quite often it is unclear where the correct forum to take these disputes are. The purpose of this noticeboard is to point users in the right direction.
