Psi Sigma Phi (ΨΣΦ) Multicultural Fraternity was founded December 12, 1990 at Montclair State University and New Jersey City University. It is the nation's first fraternity founded under the ideal of multicultural membership. The Eighteen Founding Fathers established Psi Sigma Phi as a service oriented multicultural organization. Multiculturalism is not indicative of the physical composition of an organization on a chapter or national level; it is a state of mind-a philosophy that embraces any and all aspects of cultural identity with unconditional respect and equality. The organization is currently undergoing rapid expansion, as it begins to spread across the U.S.

PSI SIGMA PHI PHILIPPINES INTERNATIONAL/INTER-COLLEGIATE/UNIVERSITIES Fraternity con Sorority is a non-profit National Co-Educational Fraternity and sorority organized to provide community service, leadership and social opportunities to college students. Unlike other fraternities,PSI SIGMA PHI'S primary purpose is to provide volunteer service within four areas: service to the community, service to the campus, service to the youth, and service to the nation as participating citizens. To give more respects and good quality of friendship to others.

Psi Sigma Phi Philippines (ΨΣΦ) Fraternity and Sorority was founded October 21, 1992 at University of Iloilo. The psi sigma phi Philippines is a Non-profit organization that deals to a humanitarian services helps the young men and women to developed their capabilities to be a future leader. PSI SIGMA PHI Fraternity-sorority, develop the psychological, intellectual, mental and physical capabilities of young men and women . through a dynamic and progressive organization which can satisfactorily respond to challenges of times.

To develop Leadership, to promote Friendship and to provide Service to humanity. to create good equal quality of brotherhood and sisterhood as a whole.

Mission
Psi Sigma Phi's fraternal goal is to establish a unique bond among men of different cultures. The anatomy of this bond is hard work, sacrifice and courage from all of its brothers - brothers who together strive to break social fears and ignorance. This fraternity only opens its arms to those who will continue this ideology. Its small size has allowed the cultivation of brotherhood to an unparalleled level. Brothers remain truly united for life and alumni are just as present and active as any undergraduate member. Although the exact demographics of the fraternity are difficult to gauge, brothers represent ALL backgrounds, religions, cultures, and creeds.
