Ding Liren (Chinese: 丁立人) is the reigning Chess Champion of China. On 6 June 2009, at the age of 16, he became the youngest ever person to win the national title. In April 2011 he won the Chinese Chess Championship for the second time. In October 2009, he became China's 30th Grandmaster. He took part in the Chess World Cup 2011, but was eliminated in the first round by Wesley So.
