Fair use for The Princess Diaries, Volume II: Princess in the Spotlight

1. it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way;
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the book.

This image is of book cover(s), and the copyright for it is most likely owned either by the artist who created the cover(s) or the publisher of the book(s).
