"Hi Matty reason I have changed it to Michael Leary is a Grimsby fan that what he was known by Michael Leary as not Antonio is the middle name.Indeed on the official page he is known by this as well http://www.grimsby-townfc.co.uk/page/ProfilesDetail/0,,10417~22454,00.html and where he is now he as known as Michael Leary as opposed to Michael Antonio Leary http://www.gainsboroughtrinity.com/gainsborough-trinity-players/Page-2.html
I appreciate that your a avid football fan(like myself) but of interest as well soccerbase is not as accurate as other sites eg official football club team pages as Michael played for us 50 times in total as opposed to what is said on soccerbase 48
