According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 92.6 km² (35.7 mi²). 90.2 km² (34.8 mi²) of it is land and 2.4 km² (0.9 mi²) of it (2.55%) is water.

There were 136 housing units at an average density of 1.5/km² (3.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.43% White, 0.74% Native American, 0.37% Asian, and 1.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.94% of the population.
