| Baldwin Piano & Organ Company. The Group' principal activity is to manufacture and market a full range of high quality keyboard instruments. The products feature the Baldwin (R), Wurlitzer(R), Chickering(TM), ConcertMaster(TM) and Pianovelle(TM) trademarks. The Group's premier product is the Baldwin(R) concert grand piano, a product that is widely accepted for concert performances. Keyboard musical instruments are distributed in North America through approximately 375 independent dealers. The Group's products are distributed in Canada through 15 independent dealers. The products are also distributed through a number of international distributors in Mexico, France, Taiwan, Japan and England. | |||
