The Serbs in Bulgaria are a small minority group. According to a 2006 Bulgarian government publication, the total number of Serbs in Bulgaria was 422, most of whom were immigrants. According, to the 2011 Bulgarian census, they were 569 Serbian citizens living in Bulgaria. In 1999, an organization of "Bulgarian Serbs" was formed, but broke up soon after that.
