:The account ] is already registered. However, it has made no edits and has not logs associated with it. Therefore, you may be able to request that you "usurp" it. Visit ] and request to have your current account (]) "usurp" the ] account. That will transfer all of your edit history, etc. to the ] account. |

The page in question is not only defamatory to the subject, it is also defamatory to the Chinese Premier, who he is photographed with, as well. The matters are already being resolved on the AFD page.
