Straight-two_engine to Parallel-twin engine
Hi.
Yes, sorry, you got that wrong. All he wanted was a history merge.
Could we have Straight-two engine and talk page moved to Parallel-twin engine?
Straight-two is extremely obscure and almost unique to Misplaced Pages and Misplaced Pages page copies.
Parallel-twin is the most common usage.
Google books and scholar are your best guide.
Thank you. --Bridge Boy (talk) 06:34, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
Collin Raye
Since you semi-protected the page, any chance I can get you to weigh in on the RFC? Ten Pound Hammer • 20:15, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry, no. I protected the page because there was no discussion going on and the material currently in the article seemed reasonable as is, but I have no strong opinion on how it should be expressed. NW (Talk) 20:21, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
Norwegian vandal
Hi there NW, VASCO "here",
yes, unfortunately the same old, same old. This "user" has taken upon himself to remove stuff in box he does not like, albeit true (please see "contributions" here http://en.wikipedia.org/Special:Contributions/88.88.13.158). Examples are Jesús Navas (see diff here http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Jes%C3%BAs_Navas&diff=499760917&oldid=499700599) or Paulo Bento (here http://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=Paulo_Bento&diff=next&oldid=499908264).
My talkpage conversation with him, i admit it, could have started better. I did not use any threats or insults, even though i knew immediately knew what he was up to after his first edit (no summary, removing true stuff in box), but now i am 200% SURE. I am not going to engage anymore with this fellow, i am way too protective of the articles to let my judgement cloud me, which in turns hurts the (hypothetical) interactions.
Please do not confuse this with WP:OWNERSHIP, i don't own WP articles, but neither to the vandals, moreover when they do nothing constructive. If you could block it would be super - or at least test the waters and leave him a technical message - if not sorry for any incovenience.
Have a cool weekend, keep up the good work - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 20:20, 29 June 2012 (UTC)

Personal Attack
Hi.
Can I just check in with you, do you feel as if I have ever attacked you personally?
Dennis Bratland is trying to fake up a case against me and has put you down as someone I have personally attacked.
I just wanted to check in to see if you felt that was true.
Thank you. --Bridge Boy (talk) 16:48, 30 June 2012 (UTC)
