Biography In 1518, a French women by the name of Frau Troffea started a movement which sent citizens of the world into a frenzy. This event became known as The Dancing Plague it became apparent that dancing to death was in fact a very real possibility. http://weekendatharmony.com/frau-troffea/

Fast forward to 2012...

Frau Troffea continues to live in all of us, and the band is hoping to wake up some Frau Troffea in their listeners. Frau Troffea performs to make sure that long after the show the audience is still on their feet ready for more. Frau Toffea plays shows for their fans and works to bring a fresh breath of musical air to the Midwest. They regularly play shows at music venues throughout the Chicagoland area.
