The SN (Savin and Narov) was an aircraft machine gun manufactured in Russia during WW2. It fired the same 7.62x54mmR round used in the Mosin-Nagant rifle and with a rate of 3600RPM.

Overview

The SN was a gas-operated revolver action with the barrel and bolt moving in opposite directions for faster cycling, and is claimed to have achieved more than 3600rpm.
