The following is an episode list for the Nickelodeon animated television series The Fairly OddParents. The series is based on a series of Oh Yeah! Cartoons, beginning with the short The Fairly OddParents.

Since 1998, until 2001, The Fairly OddParents aired ten Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts. After starting as a regular television series in 2001, Nickelodeon has aired a total of eight seasons with currently 129 Fairly OddParents episodes aired in the United States, including seven television movies, three Jimmy Timmy Power Hour television movies and a full length live action film. As of December 29, 2011, a total of 157 episodes have aired with 129 total shows. The first six seasons were released on DVD as of 2011.

Oh Yeah! Cartoons: Pilots (1998–2001)

The Fairly OddParents' actual origins premiered as Oh Yeah! Cartoons. The Fairly OddParents first premiered on September 4, 1998 with the episode, "The Fairly OddParents!", plus the first appearance of Timmy Turner, Cosmo, Wanda, and Vicky. The shorts season ended on March 23, 2001 with the short, "Super Humor", a week before the official series began. From 2001–2003, 9 out of 10 shorts were aired on Nickelodeon with Tara Strong dubbing over Mary Kay Bergman's voice as Timmy Turner.

Before The Fairly OddParents series officially began, The Fairly OddParents aired 10 total shorts through 1998–2001. Each short has been released to DVD with the original audio.

Season 1: 2001

The first season of the Fairly OddParents is the first installment of the series. It first aired on March 30, 2001 with the episode, "The Big Problem!/Power Mad!", showing the first appearance of Timmy's parents showing their faces. The season ended on December 12, 2001 with the series first special, "Christmas Everyday!".

Season 2: 2002–2003

The second season of The Fairly OddParents first aired on March 1, 2002 and ended on January 20, 2003.

Season 3: 2002–2003

The third season of The Fairly OddParents premiered on November 8, 2002 and ended on November 21, 2003. "Abra-Catastrophe!" was the first TV movie aired on July 12, 2003.

Season 4: 2003–2005

The fourth season of the Fairly OddParents premiered on November 14, 2003 and ended June 10, 2005. This season also has the 2nd and 3rd TV movies, the 2nd TV movie is "Channel Chasers" and the 3rd is "School's Out! The Musical", the very first movie to be featured as a musical film.

Season 5: 2004–2006

The fifth season of The Fairly OddParents continued on May 7, 2004, with the first episode of The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour series. The season ended on July 21, 2006 with the third episode of The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour series. The season aired its 4th TV Movie, "Fairy Idol", and the last two movies in The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour series. After the finale of this season, the series went on a lengthy hiatus while the show was pulled off from production. However, Nickelodeon and Butch Hartman decided to revive the show with another production and bring back the series on television. While in production in 2007, Nickelodeon broadcast a special event for the Fairly OddParents on July 7, 2007. The whole special event, titled "The 77 Secrets of the Fairly OddParents Revealed!", was to create hype for the upcoming 6th season to air in 2008. Also revealing a new character to add in the show. This whole event was to commemorate the title Lucky 7 from the "777" in the broadcast date.

Season 6: 2008–2009

Originally, 'Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3:The Jerkinators' was to mark the series finale of the Fairly Oddparents in 2006, but after a year long hiatus, the show was revived for a sixth season to contain at Average 20 episodes. The season first premiered on February 18, 2008 with the 5th Fairly OddParents movie, Fairly OddBaby, plus the first appearance of Baby Poof. The first 2 episodes aired March 10–13, 2008 as part of "Poof! There He Is Week". The next 2½ episodes aired from May 12–16, 2008, as part of "Turner & Poof Week". Another premiere week titled, "Super Hero Fairly Weirdo Week", aired during the week of August 11–15, 2008. Following that, 4 new episodes aired November 30, 2008 during the new SuperStuffed Nicktoons Weekend marathon. Another 3 1-hour TV Movies aired May 1–3, 2009 as part of Wishology Week. This also marked the finale to the sixth season.

That is the second season to be broadcast by Nickelodeon Latin America. It started airing July 4, 2008

Season 7: 2009–2012

The seventh season premiered on July 6, 2009 with the episode "Bad Heir Day". The first special of the season, "Anti-Poof", aired on July 10, 2009. In Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Turkey and Latin America, all episodes of Season 7 were aired. However, the only Season 7 episode is "Farm Pit", which aired on August 5, 2012

Season 8: 2011

The eighth season of The Fairly OddParents first aired on February 12, 2011 on Nickelodeon USA and on February 14, 2011 on Nickelodeon South East Asia (as part of the Secret Crush Valentine's Day Special) with the episode "Love Triangle," showing the first appearance of Goldie Goldenglow. Dave Thomas also said, in his blog, that there are three more special episodes in this season, including a one hour movie titled "Timmy's Secret Wish". These 4 specials aired between October and December 2011.

Season 9: 2012-present

On March 14, 2012, Nickelodeon renewed The Fairly OddParents for a ninth season. A sequel to A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner! called A Fairly Odd Christmas is scheduled to premiere on November 29, 2012, as part of the season. It will feature episodes 127–152, and Timmy Turner gets a fairy puppy named "Sparky." The recording for the ninth season began in June 2012, and the episodes will probably take another seven months to go through the production pipeline.
