The 2012 Delhi bus rape case refers to the incident where a 23 year old physiotherapy student was gang raped in Delhi. The incident sparked widespread protests and dissent across the country. The six men accused were arrested in Delhi,Bihar and Rajasthan. The accused were to be charged with an Attempt to murder. It was later announced that the victims condition was deteriorating. She was traveling with a male friend who was attacked and thrown out of the bus. On Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dixit's suggestion, five fast track courts were approved to try rape cases.

It was jus another dusk of that pretty yellow dawn, At least it seemed like One..

He and I, the chemistry has jus started to show, Bt I wanted to take it real slow..

With him on ma side, By all definitions of safety, did it qualify a safe ride..

There’re not much folks in this hell-box, called Bus, Why’re these staring at me, Oh it’s so routine for a girl, why make a fuss..!

Its not that late with my watch, showing it Nine.. Guess I must not be a brat daughter, and it’s just fine.. (And all of a sudden the hell broke loose, where am I, what’s happening, have I lost track of time)

I’m on a stretcher, the world is upside down, It’s that pain defining red molten, in which am about to drown..

But I’m not feeling pain, in fact am not feeling anything, am blanker than vacuum, I think, I just crossed the highest possible conventional levels (of pain), a living human can assume..

It is said, evil people first die, and then go to hell with their transgression, Atrocious God only here, had He given me that option..!

God..? What is that..? I glimpsed at the roof, ... ...and so It was all, just in a spoof..

It was said, you’re punished for your misdeeds, then which exactly must b mine..? I don’t want to, but I’ll b engaged with this creepy thought for the rest of ma lifetime..

Was it wrong being out, or hailing a bus at 9..? Or Was it being with a guy, Mumma, ma crime..?

Or was it that quarrel, or was it that Ugly spat I once had with you mother, Or was it turning blind eye to that Un-Eyed begger..?

Here, I had left shivering, uncovered, in this chilling rain, Or is it about that crippled child, once I ignored in the train..

Or was it..Or was it..Or was it..?? I don’t want pity, but that’s what now I'll get..

They would scream, screech, cry, even roar,...and then they’ll forget, People would write poems, somebody would pen a book.. Somebody would go further and encash on a movie, on the pretext of portraying his Pious Outlook..

They would point fingers at each other Repelling the blame, but nobody would INTEROSPECT We all have demons inside Us, they’ll certainly once come in set..

Those animals (in the bus) too had a set, abusing them sure gets you all a bit of solace, Bt that set..that individual attributable set, needs to be conquered.. Only then would be WORLD..a better Place..

God Please bless her and her family all the that they wish and You can..! And please show ways to punish those cruel people in that hell-van..
