Her greatest fame was acheived between 1982 and 1985, when she hosted the popular exercise segment of BBC1's Breakfast Time programme. Because of her trademark green leotard, she became known as "The Green Goddess". She issued a successful book and record album, "Shape Up With The Green Goddess".
