Kočapar of Branisav or Kočopar was a King or Duklja in 1102 - 1103. He was the son of Petrislav, Prince of Serbian Zagorje.

He was brought to power by Grand Prince Vukan of Rascia, while his land has emerged only as a fief of Rascia. He married the daughter of the Bosnian Ban trying to restore old influence in Bosnia, but Bosnia subsequently and slowly seceded from Duklja.

During the numerious wars for leadership over the Serbian lands, Kočopar forged an alliance with Bosnia against Rascia. The allience was eventually broken by the Prince of Rascia, which since then held hegemony in the region.

Kocopar died in his fights against the Zachlumoi during his atempts to restore Duklja's control over Zachlumia.
