Eyes Open is Snow Patrol's fourth album. It was released May 1 2006 internationally, and May 9 in the U.S. (see 2006 in music). The first UK single, "You're All I Have", was released on April 24. The first U.S. single will be "Hands Open."

The "Special Edition" of the album features a bonus DVD featuring the video for "You're All I Have," the making-of the video, as well behind-the-scenes footage of the band.
