Richard Hammond is a British television presenter for the Top Gear program. Earlier in his career he worked at Radio Cumbria. This man is small, cute and had big puppy dog eyes. He enjoys driving fast cars, which tends to over excite him, and on that subject, he also gets hyperactive off of coffee
