Authorities in the Northern California town of Valley Springs, California (a Calaveras County, California town of about 3,500 people 60 miles southeast of the state capital, Sacramento, California) are searching for an intruder who stabbed a 9-year-old girl to death at her own house. The intruder ran away after her 12-year-old brother found him and then his sister. (NBC News)
