Welcome!

Hello, Izzy Moony, and welcome to Misplaced Pages! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Atcomet.net, may not conform to some of Misplaced Pages's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Misplaced Pages:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! GrooveDog (talk) (Review) 18:30, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

US National Archives collaboration

United States National Archives WikiProject
Would you like to help improve Misplaced Pages's coverage of topics related to the National Archives and its incredible collection? This summer, the National Archives—which houses some of America's most important historical documents—is hosting me as its Wikipedian in Residence, and I have created WP:NARA to launch these efforts.

There are all sorts of tasks available for any type of editor, whether you're a writer, organizer, gnome, coder, or image guru. The National Archives is making its resources available to Misplaced Pages, so help us forge this important relationship! Please sign up and introduce yourself. Dominic·t 15:22, 22 June 2011 (UTC)

My Username

Indeed it is! I see you are a fan of AJ. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TenSecondsFlat (talkcontribs) 01:59, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

Yeeeeah. I'm reeeally new to Misplaced Pages and I have NOO idea how to do anything. TenSecondsFlat 9:03pm, 11 February 2012 (UTC)

Well, the thing is... I don't know how to do ANYTHING. At all. I'll gladly counter vandalism (being an ex-vandal myself, I figure this is a quick and easy way to redeem myself <3) if I could figure out how to do it. :3 TenSecondsFlat 9:14pm, 11 February 2012 (UTC)

Non-free files in your user space

Hey there AppleJack-7, thank you for your contributions! I am a bot, alerting you that non-free files are not allowed in user or talk space. I removed some files I found on User:AppleJack-7.

  • See a log of files removed today here.
  • Shut off the bot here.
  • Report errors here.
  • If you have any questions, place a {{helpme}} template, along with your question, beneath this message.

Thank you, -- DASHBot (talk) 05:07, 13 February 2012 (UTC)

Sorry 'bout that. AppleJack-7 07:15, 13 February 2012 (UTC)

MOTDs (This space for rent)

You may have noticed over the past few days that the MOTD that you link to on your user page has simply displayed a red link. This is due to the fact that not enough people are reviewing pending MOTDs here. Please help us keep the MOTD template alive and simply go and review a few of the MOTDs in the list. That way we can have a real MOTD in the future rather than re-using (This space for rent). Any help would be appreciated! ·Add§hore· 14:09, 6 March 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Mantova AFC.gif)

Thanks for uploading File:Mantova AFC.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:25, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

Fine with me, someone put a better quality logo on the Mantova page anyway. AppleJack 7 01:31, 5 February 2013 (UTC)

Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday AppleJack-7! I know this is a special time for you, so here is my gift: some randomly generated binary code!

Happy birthday!

I would love to know why you keep reverting edits that I make to MY talk page. Why would you even stick your nose into the matter. United States Man (talk) 02:40, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
