It has a 55,000 square-meter closed area with 209 private, single patient rooms, 8 operating theatres, 30-bed Intensive Care Unit, 17-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a laboratory where a wide array of advanced tests can be carried out, and a cutting-edge diognostic imaging center. The Research and Training Hospital of Near East University is the first and the only private university hospital in Cyprus.

The university's pool is the only Olympic sized indoor swimming pool in the TRNC.

The campus of NEU is organized as a small city where all daily needs and demands of students and staff can be met at all levels.
