Senta (Serbian: Сента or Senta, Hungarian: Zenta) is a town and municipality on the bank of the Tisa river in the North Banat District district of Vojvodina, Serbia. The town has a population of 20,363, whilst the Senta municipality has 25,619 inhabitants (2002 census).
