Nickolas Varvaris is an Australian politician who contested the Division of Barton, New South Wales for the Liberal Party at the Australian federal election, 2013.
Varvaris was born in Sans Souci, New South Wales. He owned his own local business before entering politics. He was also on the council of the City of Kogarah and was the mayor since 1999.
He is married with two children.
