Well, my biggest issue is that is unwilling to compromise in the least. Check the talk page, including his latest edits I'm not ready to respond to. He constantly takes the most negative tone and accuses anything I do as being weasely and not being a compromise. He wants his version and he hasn't made any attempt to work towards compromise. He also makes false claims about policy, as he did in saying that I'm required to use AD by wikipedia policy, which isn't what is said on ]. When you get him to start working with me some, I'll start replying again.

Sarazani's mediation madness!

If you are a disputant please be so kind as to leave your comments, evidence and general observations about what is going on at the bottome of the page.

Introduction

Hello, My name is Sarazani and I am a trained mediator which means I have NO AUTHORITY HERE. I soon will be a Qualified Neutral according to the laws of my place of residence which means diddly squat. I have studied at university in both the EU and the US and have two B.A.’s, one in History and the other in Humanities & Fine Arts. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Law. I have worked as an ESL teacher in China, Russia, and France. I am somewhat proficient in Russian.

My role as a mediator is to facilitate negotiation between the disputing parties. Some parts of our discussion can take place in open forums available to all parties. Other portions take place in private, confidential e-mails between myself and a party. The beauty of mediation is that it creates a solution- not a judgment of who is right and who is wrong. If you, as a party, are unable to work toward that solution in good faith with an amplified open mind and a deficient sureness that you are right. Compromise is a beautiful end to a thorny dispute, and can perhaps lead to future collaborations. After all, you already have something in common. Every good article is improved by a healthy debate.

I am not here to judge or make decisions about who is right. I have no authority. You can walk away from this with no repercussions in any way. This is just an attempt to help.

I have jumped in headfirst and if you don't feel this is the right way to go about it just let me know.

Cheers.

Christianity mediation

Hallo Sarazani, thanks for dropping me a line. Sure I want to give it a go. Str1977 08:01, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

Sorry about the delays. Technical troubles. Hopefully by Monday evening we will have all parties on board and we will be able to begin. Sarazani 22:23, 4 June 2006 (UTC)

Someone else is already working with us, well I've replied so far, on Misplaced Pages:Mediation_Cabal/Cases/2006-05-15_Christianity_page2
But I have no problem if you want to help him with it. The more the merrier, and probably necessary right now.
