- I started editing Misplaced Pages a year ago because I thought it was a great concept, and because it appeared to be a brilliant way to record and publish information that conventional encyclopaedias and online sources omit or ignore about my country in particular and the continent of Africa in general.
- It has been enjoyable; but vicious - really offensive, aggressive and nasty - anonymous personal attacks as a result of seven edits I carried out on a vanity biography aren't such fun, and I think I'd rather not participate any more.
