Baby Bear is the most important character from the Bear family on Sesame Street, and is best friends with Telly Monster.
Unlike The Three Bears in the classic fairy tale, Sesame Street's Four Bears are certainly sentient characters, and do not regularly appear together. Baby Bear has always been, and likely will always be, the most frequently appearing character from the Bears, as he is the age and mindset of many viewers of the show. Also, Curly, Mama and Papa never appear on the show without Baby, guaranteeing him an equal or greater number of appearances on the show every season. "Heroguy" is a character that Baby Bear creates on a piece of paper and he comes to life and has adventures with Baby Bear.
