I saw the semifinals chart listing Jackie, so I thought there was a clerical error in not golding her entry in the week 5 chart. Now I just heard that she hasn't been named advanced yet. I'm in shock.

:::Yup, I saved the edit again the second I heard the announcement (I was literally holding down the button as I waited for that damn tension moment to end). =D
:::Nice work on the table, BTW. As long as we don't lose any of the little quirks (i.e. eliminated in Las Vegas, but in Wild Card ep.), this kind of arrangement works fine. Also, just as a quick note, I am going to bet my britches that there will be a Wild Card in the semifinals. If they only put through four from each set, they have to be giving them one more opportunity for 12 of the eliminated 16 acts. If they actually put through six in each semifinal, however...now that would be interesting. ] (]) 16:52, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
::::Thanks. I was surprised there would be a wild card episode at first since it hasn't been done since the first season; but at least the judges chose good acts to fill the episode. That would be interesting though, if there were another wildcard or some other surprise in the semis, because the final isn't for another five weeks. ] (]) 17:05, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
:::::Clearly their goal is twelve acts in every episode. Makes sense, eh? And finals in five weeks? Wildcard next week, two semifinals, a final chance episode, and finals. Bingo. ] (]) 17:20, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
::::::That's probably the producers' plan, but I wish the show would give the performers more time to do their act; by cutting it down to only ten per episode in the finals- they'll have more time to showcase their talent. But on the other hand, having twelve acts per episode makes the competition tougher and more room for talented acts that didn't deserve to get cut in previous rounds. ] (]) 17:26, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
Why not change the title of this section so that it gives those looking at the index knowledge of what the subject is? The ''round'' table is great. Only one thing could make it better; add the word ''week'' in parenthesis to the end of the captions for ''qtr. final'' and ''semi final''. When I first looked at the table I thought the numbers might mean something else. Having been following the show for all but the first two weeks; it is apparent to me that ''week'' is intended; others may be confused.] (]) 16:56, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Rather than edit war, I'll leave your edit for now. But if a consensus develops to change it to "opera singer", please respect that. I'll accept that, although it still technically is a violation of ]. "Confirmed" does not mean "in production". There have been a number of case in which TV programs and films have been announced and "confirmed" but then cancelled. Given this show's popularity, however, I think that's very unlikely. Note that I never objected to the article on episode 6 or discussion in other articles, but including it in a template indicates that there is 100% certainty that it has or will occur, which isn't completely accurate. ] (]) 15:28, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Maybe you can explain to me how you want the bold in the Round chart to work. I tried making it consistent but you reverted it without giving a very good reason. Now it just seems to have random act names bolded. ] (]) 20:03, 29 July 2011 (UTC)
:Sometimes I can't tell whether I'm talking to a real person or not. Do you ever read what I say? You said, "you can't fill in every space of a chart with color (like we did last season), and we can't bold everything." That's great, except that I DIDN'T FILL IN EVERY SPACE OF THE CHART WITH COLOR and I DIDN'T BOLD EVERYTHING. The edit that I'm talking about is where I clearly stated in my edit summary that I was only bolding the names of the people who were still in the game. There were 8 already bolded (the ones from the first two episodes of the quarterfinals) and all I was doing was bolding the 4 that made it in the 3rd episode. In you reverted that change saying "''reverted table back because of an abuse of color and bold print WP:COLOR WP:MOSBOLD, no tables are filled and bolded in completely, it is a violation of wikipedia policy)''" which had nothing to do with what I did. I never asked you anything about the colors. All I'm asking you is how do you want the bold to work? You said on my talk page, "We bold only acts that have made semifinals or higher." If that's the case then why do your edits contradict that? Looking at the page now, I see that only half the acts from episode 3 are bolded, Poplyfe & Professor Splash are still unbold. I'm not saying every act should be bolded but however you do it I think it should be consistent. I'm not going to edit it anymore because you are only going to act like you ] and revert everything I do so I'll just let you fix it from now on. ] (]) 03:46, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
::"''Check again, everything (including Professor Splash and Poplyfe) are bolded.''" Not anymore. I see that even after you made '''''', none of them are bolded. "''My issue was that you were putting the red color for the quarterfinalists, and switching all the lighter colors from light back to very dark.''" If that was your only issue then why wasn't that the only one of my edits you reverted? I only changed the colors because the colors in the table didn't match the legend. I didn't think it really mattered which colors we used. Besides, I didn't say anything to you about the colors. I never complained when you changed the colors to make them lighter. All I asked was about the bolding. I know this is already posted right here on your talk page but since you obviously couldn't read it the first time I'll have to post it again.
:{{quote|'''Maybe you can explain to me how you want the bold in the Round chart to work. I tried making it consistent but you reverted it without giving a very good reason. Now it just seems to have random act names bolded.'''}}
::The only things you've said about the bolding is that you don't think all the rows should be bolded. That doesn't explain why you reverted my edit when all I did was bold the 4 acts that moved on from the 3rd episode. You said that you think only acts that have made it to the semifinals should be bolded. That doesn't explain why you reverted my edit either since the acts that I bolded DID make it to the semifinals. This is why it is so frustrating to talk to you because it feels like I'm talking to a robot that doesn't really comprehend English but only pretends to. For example, "''Also theres a matter of a possible wild card, which means we need to bold technically everyone.''" This makes absolutely no sense at all. How the hell does having a wild card round mean we need to bold 'everyone'? But my favorite part was this "''I dont agree with bolding all contestants still in the game, since for the past few years weve been going with bold only for contestants who've made it past the quarterfinals.''" I had to laugh when I read that because OBVIOUSLY, at this point in the game, '''the ones who made it past the quarterfinals ARE the ones who are still in the game!''' "''I dont remember undoing your edits to a manner of unbolding those who have made it to the semis.''" You don't remember even after I reminded you? Okay. Here, let me remind you again. It was "''I probably undid it, then rebolded the ones who made it that week, eg Professor Splash.''" Yeah? Except you DIDN'T and they were all still unbolded after your last 8 edits. So tell me again, HOW DO YOU WANT THE BOLD TO WORK? ] (]) 13:11, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
==AGT Season 6 Youtube Acts==
As per the AGT Youtube Channel, (http://www.youtube.com/agt#p/c/AD11A12C458C492B/1/6rB2yzr72ew), the 12 Youtube Acts have been announced. I have edited the Season 6 page accordingly. If I was not supposed to at this time, I apologize. Ages were not available so I left them "N/A". I also collected hometowns from another source (http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2011/08/08/12-acts-from-the-youtube-online-auditions-compete-live-on-nbcs-americas-got-talent-tuesday-august-9/99861/). I was also unsure of how to properly site the chart. How would you like that done? Hope I helped! ] (]) 03:30, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
Not at all- that is a great spot for the sitation! But now it seems someone has removed all 12 Youtube acts! I'm not an expert at the edit history function, but who did it? If it was you it's fine (as you seem to be the host of this page), but I am just concerned we may have some people intentionally sabotaging the page. There were no descriptions given in the history. The acts are on tonight, so shouldn't we have an updated Round Chart? ] (]) 16:51, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
==AGT Semi-Finals== | |||
Hey Man- I have learned over Twitter/Facebook 6 of the 12 Semi-Final Acts this week (Anna Graceman, Beth-Ann Robinson, Daniel Joseph Baker, Miami All-Stars, POPLYFE, and Sandou Trio Russian Bar). Is that sitable? Anna and Daniel have been mentioning a lot of the acts that are in Hollywood this week to their followers (Daniel Tweeted me personally that he was performing this week) and Sandou Trio Russian Bar has said over Facebook they are going this week. I have added this info, but how do we site this? ] (]) 00:24, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
I don't think you can bring up a specific Tweet, but seeing that AGTnews.com went 3 weeks without an update (I use the site for their top 10 rankings) that might be difficult. Is there a way that we could put in a few footnotes to specify that we got the info off of Fabebook/Twitter? By the way, using social networking sites again, it looks like I might've nailed down Both week's acts (using tweets, FB posts, and Twitpics).

Re:Democrats
It's a fundamental misunderstanding to say the Democrats are centrist and center-left because center-left encompasses parties that have both centrist and left-wing elements. The Democrats have centrists - the Blue Dogs are a good example even though they are rapidly declining in power - and they have left wingers such as the Congressional Progressive Caucus. They are therefore, as a whole, center-left. Center left is an accurate description of the party as a whole and is supported by three scholarly journals. Toa Nidhiki05 00:00, 14 June 2012 (UTC)
- That's pure original research. Did you read anything I said? Three scholarly sources confirm center-left. The party is progressive and socially liberal as a whole, two of the three major center-left positions (social democracy is the other). Center to center-left is a non-existent position and is an oxymoron. Center-left acknowlages both left-wing and centrist party elements. Toa Nidhiki05 00:07, 14 June 2012 (UTC)

May 2013
Your recent editing history at Windows Phone 8 shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Jasper Deng (talk) 16:42, 31 May 2013 (UTC)

File source problem with File:OfficeMobile2013 WP8.png
Thank you for uploading File:OfficeMobile2013 WP8.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

- Hi. Allow me to replace these automated messages (which I didn't really send in spite of my sig being appended): You say you've found it on Office.com. That's not a source. It is like saying "I found it on planet Earth." Both are equally vast and therefore can possibly be weasel words to avoid giving an actual source.
- If you indeed found it somewhere on the Office.com, we need a link to a page on which this item appear AND a direct link to the file itself. But then again, why did you use {{Microsoft screenshot}}? If you found the images on Office.com, then this tag does not apply.
- Best regards,
