Ruslan Rotan (born October 29, 1981 in Poltava) is a Ukrainian footballer. He is 176 cm tall (5'9") and weighs 69 Kg (122 lbs). He plays in midfield for FC Dynamo Kyiv.
Rotan is also a starter for the Ukrainian national football team. His career started off for FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk in the 1999-2000 season.
He played a total of 105 matches for Dnipro and scored 11 goals. He transferred to Dynamo in the summer of 2005. Since his transfer to Dynamo he played 27 matches and scored 4 goals in the Ukrainian Premier League. He plays under the number 14.
