Adresse IP dynamique bloquée

Bonjour, j'essais de me créer un compte sur le portail francophone de wikipédia mais le serveur rejete ma demande en me disant que adresse IP est bloqué par Hégésippe Cormier.

Mon adresse dynamique est dans la plage de « 142.217.0.0/16 » (télébec internet/sympatico).

Mon fournisseur internet est passé d'un système statique à dynamique la semaine dernière, J'aimerais que cette restriction soit levée, à tout le moins pour la création de compte, vous pouriez ainsi garder le controle sur les modifications d'articles en permettant aux membres en règles d'éditer ceux-ci et continuer a bloquer les utilateurs anonymes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.217.181.30 (talk) 04:16, 29 May 2008 (UTC)

Le vandalisme á ma page en Misplaced Pages francophone

Merci. C'est sérieux. L'utilisateur IrishSean est un faux-nez de SeanCarlin84, qui bloqué infiniment ici. Il a me harcèlé puis j'ai decliné son derniere demande pour desbloque et protegé son page utilisateur. Maintenant, c'est interwiki. Probablement, il recommencera sa vandalisme quand le bloque de sa compte Comcast expire. J'ai déjà porté plainte au Comcast. Daniel Case (talk) 03:20, 29 April 2008 (UTC)

User talk:Biblbroks

I saw your comment there. I've looked briefly through the user's contrib history and he has asked for help in English (and possibly other languages) on multiple wikis. The only explaination I've seen so far is this . My guess is he/she's not happy with the way Serbian related issues are handled on the English wikipedia and regards us as biased against Serbs. I guess the response to his/her suggestion here was one of the final straws. It appears he/she's also not happy about something that happened in IRC . Perhaps he/she complained about the problem in IRC and was not please with the response. He/she also seems to be annoyed with User:Luna Santin‎ but I see no evidence for any on-wiki interaction so I guess this also occured in IRC. Waylon Jennings vandal

We have had trouble with this same vandal for well over 2 years now. Occasionally, I must admire the persistence. He vandalizes Waylon Jennings, as well as articles associated with him, such as Jessi Colter, Shooter Jennings, and The Dukes of Hazzard. The vandalism is always similar, so you can recognize the style. I have stopped protecting the articles, and now issue long-term blocks to the IP after the first offense. I started with short blocks, but he always returned promptly upon the expiration. If I blocked for 24 hours, then I could be sure that he'd be back 27 hours later. I now block for 6 months at a time, so I only have to deal with them twice a year. I always watchlist the talk pages of the IP so that if a genuine editor requests an unblock, I'll get the message. So far, that has never happened. That strategy has definitely cut down on the amount of vandalism. Joyous! | Talk 22:20, 24 November 2009 (UTC)

Dispute at Celts and fr:Celtes

Hello Hégésippe. I notice that you imposed the full protection of fr:Celtes, which is still in effect, due to an edit war there. You might be interested to know that a similar dispute took place on the enwiki article Celts in August. See Misplaced Pages:Sockpuppet investigations/Erfurt150 which shows that one of the editors of Celts, User:Sleeping water, was running a large number of socks. I notice there might be some similarity between the views of French user Komodo and those of Sleeping water, though I've not done a good enough study yet. Komodo and Sleeping water both reverted at least one of the maps in the article. As an admin, I took part in some of the activities related to this. The original edit warring complaint about Sleeping water is at WP:Administrators' noticeboard/3RRArchive138#User:Sleeping water reported by User:Cuchullain (Result: 24h).
