The National Institute of Discovery Science (NIDSci) is a small, private, controversial, and somewhat clandestine scientific research group based in Las Vegas. It was founded by Robert T. Bigelow, who apparently also funded its activities.

According to its website, NIDSci is a

privately funded science institute engaged in research of ufos and related anomalous phenomena

— mission statement from the National Institute for Discovery Science website

Its website also promotes such notions as alien abduction and various paranormal topics.

NIDSci has at various times employed scientists such as Eric W. Davis, who has worked for NASA on topics related to the claims of Eugene Podkletnov and who has also worked for the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin.

It is possible that this organization has ceased its activities.
