== Three problems ==

There are occasionally several problems with OKbot, detailed below:
* It can interfere with InfoBox syntax, e.g. {{diff|Vuclip|597615119|593699674|this edit}} has broken the InfoBox.
* Sometimes the problem is {{diff|Vuclip|593645870|591032238|more severe}}, wiping out large chunks of an article.
* If an InfoBox contains multiple {{para|alexa}} parameters, it is the data in the last one that is displayed on the page. However, OKbot amends the first one found and does not attempt to delete the spurious duplicate entries nor does it warn these duplicate entries exist.

Hi OsamaK. I am writing to you regarding OKBot. Please forgive me if this is not the correct way to make a suggestion. I find very confusing the DecreasePositive and IncreaseNegative that the bot uses for the Alexa rank. I think people would expect a web going to the top with a green up sign, even if the actual number representing the rank is decreasing. Other than that I think the bot is a very useful tool. Hope you find useful my comments. Regards and thank you for your work,

Three problems

There are occasionally several problems with OKbot, detailed below:

  • It can interfere with InfoBox syntax, e.g. this edit has broken the InfoBox.
  • Sometimes the problem is more severe, wiping out large chunks of an article.
  • If an InfoBox contains multiple |alexa= parameters, it is the data in the last one that is displayed on the page. However, OKbot amends the first one found and does not attempt to delete the spurious duplicate entries nor does it warn these duplicate entries exist.
