Aaron Ashmore also starred in the film "Latter Days" alongside Wes Ramsey. He portrayed a closeted gay Mormon who moved to LA and fell in love with Christian, a promiscuous party boy. Although complications arose, mainly from Aaron's character being excommunicated from the Mormon church, the final scene of the movie shows the couple happy and together

Aaron Ashmore (born October 7, 1979 in Richmond, British Columbia) is a Canadian film and television actor. His twin brother, Shawn Ashmore, is also an actor. Aaron and Shawn have played twins in several movies, but have also pursued roles independently.

Aaron Ashmore's most famous role was as Marc Hall in the 2004 Canadian TV movie Prom Queen: The Marc Hall Story. He has also appeared in The Skulls 2.

Aaron has more recently played the recurring role of Troy Vandergraf on the popular UPN TV series Veronica Mars.

Both he and his brother have a tattoo of their late grandfather's initials on their wrists.
