"Fill Your Heart" is a song written by Academy Award winner Paul Williams in 1966 with added four bar melody by songwriter Biff Rose, widely perceived as lesser known than Williams.

The song appeared on the B-side to Tiny Tim's 1968 hit single, "Tiptoe through the Tulips."

Rose released a recording of the song on his 1968 album, The Thorn in Mrs. Rose's Side. This version was orchestrated, arranged and developed by Arthur G. Wright.

David Bowie next recorded it for his album Hunky Dory in 1971. Fill Your Heart replaced the song "Bombers," which was originally intended for that album. The notes to the album make special mention of the original Arthur G. Wright arrangement, whose presentation greatly influenced Bowie's take on the song.

Bowie's version of the song also appeared on the Japanese compilation The Best of David Bowie in 1974.
