Alleged drug cartel kingpin Jagdish Bhola's, in a written statement to the Enforcement Directorate, has said Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia is involved in a Rs.5,000-crore drug racket.<ref></ref>

==Disrespect of Gurbani==
Bikram Majithia, during campaigning in April 2014 for Arun Jaitley, BJP candidate from Amritsar at Shaheed Udham Singh Hall changed the wording of ‘Deh Siva’ shabad and by adding Arun Jaitley’s name to it. <ref></ref>

Majithia encouraged the crowd to chant:
''Deh siva bar mohe eh-hey subh karman te kabhu na taro.
Na daro arr seo jab jaye laro nischey kar '''Arun Jaitley''' ki jeet karo.''<ref></ref>

Baba Ram Rai (eldest son of Guru Har Rai) was excommunicated from the Sikh community for doing the same thing.<ref></ref>

Bikram Singh Majithia is an Indian politician and a Cabinet Minister in the Punjab Government. He won 2007 Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections from the Majitha constituency and again won in 2012. He belongs to the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal and is president of its Youth Wing.

Personal life

He was born in 1976. His father Satyajit Singh Majithia is a former Deputy Defence Minister. He is younger brother of Bathinda MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal and hence brother-in-law of Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab Sukhbir Singh Badal. He is married to Ganieve Grewal. He has 2 Sons.

Political career

He first won the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections from the Majitha constituency in 2007. Again in 2012 Punjab elections, he was the elected MLA. Subsequently he was inducted into the Punjab Cabinet and made Punjab revenue and rehabilitation minister.
