Bob's Burgers

Please stop removing sourced info from Bob's Burgers without consensus or discussion. EvergreenFir (talk) Please {{re}} 03:37, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

There's no consensus that needs to be reached; the creator of the show stated that it is not set in any particular place, and that's all there is to it. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 04:48, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you vandalize Misplaced Pages again, as you did at Bob's Burgers, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. you apparently have a history of this EvergreenFir (talk) Please {{re}} 05:00, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Bob's Burgers shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Reverting edits adding false and misleading information to articles is not vandalism. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 05:02, 1 July 2014 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Bill Pascrell may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 ""s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • 09}}</ref> He served alongside ] for his first two.terms and ]] for the remaining four.
  • {| class="wikitable" style="margin:0.5em ; font-size:95%"

Information icon Hello. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Catchphrase (U.S. game show). This contravenes Misplaced Pages's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. AldezD (talk) 23:42, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

I have to know

So, I really feel like I have to ask you this question to satisfy my own curiosity because it's probably the part of your position that I find the most confusing. And I really do just want it to be a simple question with a simple answer. I will not give you any argument and most likely will not even respond. If you choose to answer, I will not bring it up over at DRN or anywhere else. I will not consider your response to be evidence one way or another toward what should go in the article (preferably, editors' own observations shouldn't ever go in articles, since that's the very definition of original research). I will just store it away in my own little brain for my own personal knowledge. So here it is: When you look at the Snakes a Village episode and watch the little map animation (or just view the screenshot that's been provided), are you truly and honestly not able to tell that their trip begins somewhere within the state of New Jersey? -- Fyrael (talk) 16:16, 8 July 2014 (UTC)

When I look at it, I see the car in the middle of the map and the dotted line starts from where the front of the car was. Sure, it looks like it could've started in New Jersey, but the car was so big it abutted four or five other states. What I wanted to know, because I felt it might've been set in my home state (I actually figured it was more New England or Long Island at first), was whether or not there was any info regarding the setting (I think it was right after the episode in question aired), and that's when I found the Enfertainment Weekly interview; I said if the guy who came up with the show says it isn't set anywhere in particular but in a generalized area, then so it is. --ChrisP2K5 (talk) 16:31, 8 July 2014 (UTC)

Ok, thank you for the response. Now I know that you disagree with us on even the map itself. To us, it is crystal clear. Oh well. We'll see how the DRN plays out. Happy editing. -- Fyrael (talk) 16:55, 8 July 2014 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 13

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chad Dawson, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Showtime and Cruiserweight. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
