Speedy deletion nomination of Npk Twice

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Npk Twice, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have alreadfy done so, you can place a request here. Odd pagemoves

Your move of Npk Twice to the name Npk Twice(Rapper), and then to User talk:Article nominated for deletion is just plain silly. The deletion notices say to discuss it on the talk page of the article. These moves could be seen as Disruptive, and continuing like this is wasting yours and other editors time. It could result in you being blocked from editing.

You have not made any friends by constantly re-posting the 'rappers' page under different names. You are actually making it less likely that this person will have a Misplaced Pages (WP) page in the near future. If they are not wp:Notable, or don't have Reliable sources they don't get a WP page. Sorry, but that's how it is on an on-line Encyclopaedia.

Rather than just 'deleting' messages left here, you should try replying to other editors, on this page. Remember WP is a collaborative effort, if we don't work together it doesnt work! Regards, 220 of 01:36, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

  • Also, to be clear, the parenthetical description is only necessary when the article title would otherwise conflict with another word or name or be unclear. So, for example, the rapper Eve is listed at Eve (rapper) because the title Eve is already in use to refer to the woman in the Bible. There is nobody else and nothing else I have heard of named "Npk Twice" besides this rapper, so if Misplaced Pages is going to have an article about him, it would normally just be titled Npk Twice. See WP:QUALIFIER. --Metropolitan90 (talk) 04:36, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

Repost of NPK Twice

Information icon A tag has been placed on NPK Twice requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you.

To note another problem, there does not seem to be any connection between the statements in the article and the citations to them. The reason for a footnote in Misplaced Pages is supposed to be to prove that the statement in the article is true, not just to link to some other web site that has some connection to the subject.
