Construction - Unclear?

I had to read the part about how the clay shell if sormed several times before I realised that the borad is used to shape the inside of the shell and also to work out that any inscription is inscribed also on the inside and (must be) mirrored about a vertical.

This is not an area I particularly know anything about so I don't want to cause any trouble but I think this could be clarified. FerdinandFrog (talk) 15:10, 19 May 2013 (UTC)

As it happens, you aren't the first person to mention that - I thought I'd rewritten that bit to be somewhat clearer, but it evidently needs more work (without a diagram, it's surprising hard to describe). I'll have another look and see if I can do a better job of it. Thanks for the suggestion. Yunshui  07:00, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
