Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Young & Rubicam, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Picture Perfect (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Could you update your templates to retain the links to the articles about the authors? Do you think the year published would be useful as well? --Ronz (talk) 18:01, 22 November 2013 (UTC)

Numbers station undo
If you had actually read the referenced link, you would have found out it does establish significance - let me quote from the link:
'Yes, the drug turns the human brain into a receiver of sorts, which is connected to a radio transmission that is being picked up on – most strongly in the desert. The transmission is a non-human voice reading a series of letters and numbers that make no sense – until the climax of the film.
Radio transmissions of this sort, especially ones that appear to be in a childlike voice, alone, are incredibly bothersome to me. I’ve read over the years about such types of broadcasts, with explanations being everything from government transmissions to amateur ham radio users communicating.'
It establishes significance to the same extent as the ref. to the Fringe episode. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marko Parabucki (talk • contribs) 21:30, 5 September 2014 (UTC)

Grace Kelly
Hello,
We are contacting you because we are Cornell students who are currently taking an Online Communities class and one of our projects consists on editing a Misplaced Pages page. Our final goal is to accurately inform readers and to improve an article from a C class level to a B. We chose to work on Grace Kelly's page. Since you have previously edited her page, we wanted to reach out to you and ask for any tips, advice, or important aspects that you would like us to consider when we start working. We would like to add features of her personal life, professional achievements, and her legacy in different areas–especially focused on fashion.
Our group members have the following user pages:
- dcl248
In this link you can find our Misplaced Pages class page and the description of our assignment: Cornell University Online Communities (Fall 2014)
Hopefully we can count on your constructive feedback and hear back from you soon! Kategruenberg (talk) 02:43, 17 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hi again! Thanks for your response. We haven't seen much about the infamous Kelly bag in our research but we'll keep it in mind. In the mean time, could you verify the sources that we posted on the talk page of the Grace Kelly article? Thanks Kategruenberg (talk) 01:08, 25 September 2014 (UTC)
How to Dress Well
If quotation marks form part of the album's official name (similar to "Heroes") then the article needs moving to reflect that, ideally via WP:RM. GiantSnowman 17:28, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
Lois Wright Article
Thank you for your clean up edits for the article Lois Wright. I appreciate your knowledge of editing and keen eye. Wonderful. 2 questions that I hope you can help me with:
1. In an article and also on the LTV website, it states that Wright once set her show in "The Old West" which is why I first referenced the phrase; but was changed to "American Frontier"; which I don't think really rings true to the intent of my inclusion. Should I simply delete? or better explain and cite? also, her show is called "The Lois Wright Show". Is it not correct to state that she "hosts her own local cable show"? as you have changed it to "hosts a television show". Which could imply anything. Should I word this better as well? and cite?
2. In "Grey Gardens" section, I stated that Wright was "revealed more prominently as a central character to the Beales", I see now that this is a vague statement. However, in an article Wright reveals that even though she was a resident of Grey Gardens and a lifelong friend of the Beales, the original film made her seem as though she was merely a "birthday guest". ("portrayed" as you so rightly corrected). How can I word this better? thank you for your advice.
Maineartists (talk) 06:46, 27 September 2014 (UTC)
- In re-reading your edits for the above, I have come to realize that you have chosen the correct wording for the LTV section on both accounts. Thank you. Regarding the wording in no. 2, would the statement: "Wright is revealed more prominently as a central character in the lives of the Beales at Grey Gardens and spotlighted for her talents as a palmist" be more clarifying?
